ESAD Jan- May mini and Saleabration 2025 Blog Hop

Welcome to another ESAD blog hop!
I am so lucky to be in this group of talented demonstrators (friends) and I hope that you enjoy all our projects using products from the New January - May Mini and Saleabration 2025 Catalogues

You have either started with myself or come around from Denise's page

How quickly do these catalogues come around??? Too quickly!
I thought I would showcase a few things from the new mini and saleabration.

First, I will show you what I made from the Mini...

This bright cheery set is called Ocean Friends

There was quite a lot of fussy cutting in this particular card so that is not for everyone! The designer series paper is so colourful and a piece of it was embossed for the background of this card.

  • Stamps: Ocean Friends
  • Ink:  Memento Black
  • Card: Basic White, Pumpkin Pie, Summer Splash, Lemon Lime Twist, Friends of the Ocean DSP
  • Tools: Ocean Friends Dies and Soft Waves embossing folder with a Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine
  • Embellishments: -Sunny Day Iridecent dots and Stampin' Dimensionals

  • I made a second card using products from the mini as well.

This card was using Birthday Celebrations. Most cards I have seen with this suite have been using the pastels from the papers. I decided to be a bit more bold with my card.

  • Stamps: Birthday Celebration
  • Ink:  Blueberry Bushel
  • Card: Basic White, Blueberry Bushel and Wildflower Birthday Specialty DSP
  • Tools:  Perennial Postage Dies and Distressed Tile Embossing folder with a Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.
  • Embellishments: - Tiny Bee Trinkets and Stampin' Dimensionals

  • Now to show you what you can get if you spend $100... There are two levels of saleabration freebies
Level 1 is when you spend $100 and Level 2 is when you spend $200.
The items I will show you are level 1 saleabration freebies.

I have used a couple of saleabration products on this card. Can you spot them?

There was so much fussy cutting on this card.... Lots! all of the fruit was cut from the Fruit Salad DSP to make this card. The only stamping was the sentiment.

    • Stamps: Ocean Friends (sentiment)
    • Ink:  Real Red
    • Card: Basic White, Pumpkin Pie and Fruit Salad 6x6 DSP stack. (saleabration freebie)
    • Tools: Starstruck embossing folder (saleabration freebie) with a Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.
    • Embellishments: - Stampin' Dimensionals

I actually have a fourth card on the go but didn't finish it in time for the hop. It is using another saleabration item called Toadstool Gardens... but you will just have to wait and see...

Next Up is my lovely friend Lou

Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm (AEDT), a new colour swatch will be uploaded to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group and the Colour INKspiration Crew will get the ball rolling by providing inspiration for each challenge with a post on their blogs.

These colours together are just gorgeous!

I had recently purchased the Pets & More stampset off the Online Exclusives section of our Stampin' Up! Website and I hadn't inked it up till now!

And now it is discounted on the Last Chance page!!
So cute when the smaller stamps are repeated over the background. It got a little busy for my liking but I still think its a cute card.
So if you are wanting it visit here!
as once they are gone they are gone!

If you are interested in joining in on this great challenge.

I went back to the annual catalogue and found I haven't used this stampset nearly as much as I had hoped to! I also added some retired product in because who can resist gold leafing?

I missed last fortnights challenge as when I came home from holidays I wasn't well. I still am not right but I will be back at my actual paid job tomorrow.

Here is a pic of our family on holiday at James Bond Island.

Now onto the project I have made for this fortnights challenge using the new Happy Hibiscus that will be available as an Online Exclusive from November.

It is a bundle with a hybrid embossing folder which cuts out the Hibiscus Flowers as well as embosses them. To be honest I have never used one of our hybrid folders! I really love this one...
