SUOnly Challenges #SUCO204

I have been creating a little bit lately and came across SU Only Challenges again.
I have made a card once before for this challenge but the theme this fortnight is create a card or any other paper-crafted project celebrating YOUR favourite Stampin' Up! products...…
Now this is a hard one.... I love ALL the products so how could I possibly choose??

Ok so there is a new bundle coming out next month and I have been playing with it quite a bit.
I will use my latest card from that.

Pretty isn't it? This bundle is called Colour Your Seasons.

The Blended Season Stampset and Stitched Season Framelits Dies come as a set and will be available for purchase next month (August 2018)

While I was at basketball last week (for 2 hours mind you) watching my cherubs do their skills training I coloured these gorgeous flowers with the Stampin' Blends.

  • Stamps: Blended Seasons
  • Ink: Black Memento and Clear Versamark
  • Card: Highland Heather, Flirty Flamingo, Basic Black and Whisper White
  • Tools: Stitched Season Framelits with the bigshot, Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green and Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends and White Embossing powder

Addinktive Designs Z-Fold Tutorial Card

Where do I start?
Friend and fellow card maker Bronwyn Eastley has invited me over to test out her tutorials!
I feel a bit special knowing the talent that she has creating for her and I have finally whipped up my first card. (please go easy on me)

The Tutorial I have used is called the "Mermaid Baby Crib Z-Fold Card"
As you can see I didn't do a crib/ cot or mermaids.
The great thing about Bronwyns tutorials is that you can use them for the base of your card and then do whatever you like decorating them. In this instance I used the Sea of Textures stampset and did an aquarium/ fish tank instead of the cot/ crib.

The tutorial for this card can be found here!

  • Stamps: Sea of Textures
  • Ink: Night of Navy & Tranquil Tide
  • Card: Balmy Blue, Soft Seafoam, Tranquil Tide, Fresh Fig, Mint Macaron, Whisper White, Vellum, silver foil and Tranquil Textures DSP
  • Tools: Under The Sea Framelits with the Bigshot and the Classic Label Punch
  • Embellishments: Dimensionals

Just Add Ink 418 #JAI418

Just Add Ink Challenge #418

This weeks challenge is a colour challenge.
I saw the colours and knew what set I wanted to use.

Healing Hugs.
Such a pretty set and the colour combo was perfect for this card.

I did use my stamparatus on the 3 panels and stamped exactly the same pattern on each so that when they were cut they lined up with each other.
(I now have 3 panels to make 3 cards with )
Dimensionals give the rose flower a bit of 3D dimension on the card.

  • Stamps: Healing Hugs
  • Ink:  Soft Seafoam, Blushing Bride and Daffodil Delight
  • Card: Whisper White, Soft Seafoam, Daffodil Delight and Blushing Bride
  • Tools: Stitched Squares & Stitched Labels framelits as well as the Tufted Dynamic Embossig Folder with the bigshot, Stamparatus and Daffodil Delight, Blushing Bride and Soft Seafoam Stampin' Write markers
  • Embellishments:  Dimensionals & Rhinestones

Buy 3, Get 1 FREE! Blog Hop

Welcome to yet another wonderful ESAD blog hop!
I am so lucky to be in this group of talented demonstrators (friends) and I hope that you enjoy all our projects using new products from the current Annual Catalogue.

This blog hop is based on this months Designer Series Paper special of Buy 3 and Get 1 FREE!

You have hopped on over from Siobhan's stunning name board for her daughter.

I am loving the Tropical Escape Papers (actually I am loving everything that goes with the DSP)

I started off with just strips of paper for the background on this card.

But that's a bit boring how about doing a bargello technique to spice things up!
It's a little time consuming sticking the strips down then cutting them and slightly moving so the images form a different pattern... There are so many different ways of doing it and perfect to showcase our beautiful Designer Series Papers!

  • Stamps: Tropical Chic & sentiment from Itty Bitty Greetings
  • Ink:  Shaded Spruce, Blushing Bride and Granny Apple Green
  • Card: Blushing Bride, Granny Apple Green, Whisper White and Tropical Escape DSP stack
  • Tools: Stitched Circles & Tropical Thinlits with the bigshot
  • Embellishments: Dimensionals, wink of stella & Rhinestones

Colour INKspiration 37 #CI37

What is Colour INKspiraton? – a Facebook based bi-monthly colour challenge.
Anyone with Facebook can join in.  You don’t need a blog and you don’t need to be a demonstrator.
I have joined in these challenges and love them as Colour challenges for me are actually a real challenge.
Click here to join the Facebook page which now has over 1900 members and see what it’s all about.

Here’s some of the basic details about the challenge –
The Colour INKspiration Crew! consists of a team of talented Aussie and NZ Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators that create projects based on Pinterest inspired colour swatches.
Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm (AEDT), a new colour swatch will be uploaded to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group and the Colour INKspiration Crew will get the ball rolling by providing inspiration for each challenge with a blog hop.
Then you have a 12 day period to upload your own creations using the colours provided.
If you have a blog, feel free to link back to it, but all entries will be via Facebook.  The design team will select 5 projects to be ‘design team picks’ and then the Facebook group will select an overall winner from this shortlist.

You come from the fabulous Kelly's page!

This fortnights challenge is use any 3 brights colours. (You can add basics to this as well)

My three colours chosen this week are Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay!

My little girl turned Eight today! How did that happen??
Wishing you a wonderful birthday Miss K!
Here is her birthday card in the colours chosen above.

Our beautiful papers make it oh so easy as this looks like wallpaper and a picture hanging on it.
I love flamingos and am so happy that this gorgeous one stayed in our annual catalogue.

  • Stamps: Fabulous Flamingo & Swirly Frames
  • Ink: Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay and Memento Black
  • Card: Flirty Flamingo, Basic Black, Whisper White, Tropical Escape DSP and the number came from Broadway Bound Specialty DSP

What Will You Stamp 176? #WWYS176

What Will you Stamp Challenge number 176.
I hope that you like what I can come up with for these awesome challenges.
I hope more of you join in with these great stampset challenges as they are fun!

This weeks set is Animal Outing.....(For those who attended Onstage in April you will have this set so I encourage you to please join in with us this week)
I have made a lot of cards with this beautiful set and I will make a lot more!

The main image was stamped on the inside of the card and coloured with the blends.

It goes really well with the Tropical Escape papers and Thinlits Dies.

The sentiment mat is actually the centrepiece that was cut out in the Granny Apple Green and the framelit placed over the edge and cut to make the pattern.

  • Stamps: Animal Outing and sentiment from Picture Perfect Birthday
  • Ink:  Black Memento & Shaded Spruce
  • Card: Whisper White, Granny Apple Green, Shaded Spruce and Tropical Escape DSP
  • Tools: Smokey Slate, Crumb Cake Light and Dark Stampin' Blends as well as the colour lifter and Layering Squares Framelits & Tropical Thinlits with the bigshot.
  • Embellishments: Dimensionals and Leaf Ribbon.

What Will You Stamp 175? #WWYS175

What Will you Stamp Challenge number 175.
I hope that you like what I can come up with for these awesome challenges.
I hope more of you join in with these great stampset challenges as they are fun!

Such a pretty set and can be used multiple ways.

I haven't used this set with my Stampin' Blends as yet so it was the perfect opportunity to whip up a simple but really effective card.

I even coloured the background with the Pool Party light blend for a bit more depth and used the black stampin' write marker to colour the Happy Birthday in on the sentiment stamp to stamp on the vellum. I did let the vellum dry overnight.

  • Stamps: Beautiful Day
  • Ink:  Black Memento
  • Card: Whisper White & Vellum
  • Tools: Bermuda Bay, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Rich Razzleberry and Pool Party Light and Dark Stampin' Blends. Black Stampin' Write Marker
