What Will You Stamp 140? #WWYS140

What Will you Stamp Challenge number 140.
I hope that you like what I can come up with for these awesome challenges.
I hope more of you join in with these great stampset challenges as they are fun!

I have missed quite a few weeks as we went on holidays (and I didn't have all the sets)
Before I went on holidays I did make a couple of cards with this set.

It is gorgeous!

Ohh I just realised I didn't use the stamps I used the framelits... well its all part and parcel isn't it?
I made two of these and posted them to two Stampin' Up! demo friends for their birthdays in September. It's pretty easy to do just offset the letters to get the shadow effect.

  • Stamps: Happy Birthday Gorgeous
  • Ink:  Lemon Lime Twist, Berry Burst and Memento Black
  • Card: Basic Black, Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist
  • Tools: Large Letters Framelits & Layered Leaves Dynamic Embossing Folder with the bigshot
  • Embellishments: Rhinestones, Black Lace Ribbon and dimensionals.

Colour INKspiration #20

What is Colour INKspiraton? – a Facebook based bi-monthly colour challenge.
Anyone with Facebook can join in.  You don’t need a blog and you don’t need to be a demonstrator.
I have joined in these challenges and love them as Colour challenges for me are actually a real challenge.
Click here to join the Facebook page which now has over 1700 members and see what it’s all about.

Here’s some of the basic details about the challenge –
The Colour INKspiration Crew! consists of a team of talented Aussie and NZ Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators that create projects based on Pinterest inspired colour swatches.
Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm (AEDT), a new colour swatch will be uploaded to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group and the Colour INKspiration Crew will get the ball rolling by providing inspiration for each challenge with a blog hop.
Then you have a 12 day period to upload your own creations using the colours provided.
If you have a blog, feel free to link back to it, but all entries will be via Facebook.  The design team will select 5 projects to be ‘design team picks’ and then the Facebook group will select an overall winner from this shortlist.

Hello from my amazing friend Kelly's blog

and optional wood textures DSP.

Well even though this is a pretty picture and has flowers I thought the "challenge" may be to use it for maybe a male inspired card.

I haven't used my Country Livin' set yet!

Here is what I made.

Always Artichoke has to be my least favourite Stampin' Up! colour so I thought the challenge for me would be to use it as the main background on the card.

I used the wood textured DSP for the boots and the background on the Always Artichoke card was done with some reinker inbetween two sheets of glass... It is better with an acrylic paint as it makes a tree like pattern in the paint and the background comes out awesome.

  • Stamps: Country Livin' and sentiment from Guy Greetings
  • Ink: Dapper Denim, Memento and Always Artichoke
  • Card: Whisper White, Dapper Denim, Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke and Wood Textures DSP
  • Tools: Stitched Framelits with the bigshot
  • Embelishments: Dimensionals, Linen thread

ESAD 2017 Holiday Catalogue Fancy Fold & 3D projects blog hop

Welcome to yet another wonderful ESAD blog hop! I am so lucky to be in this group of talented demonstrators and I hope that you enjoy all our fancy folds and 3D project blog hop. I haven't done a post in a few weeks as I have been on holidays with my gorgeous family to a place called Exmouth in the north of Western Australia and we got to swim with this gorgeous turtle. (It's certainly a lot warmer than at home)

You have hopped on over from my gorgeous friend Jenny Hayward.

This is the first time that I have cracked open my Christmas Quilt Bundle and here is my card.

I'm calling it a Diagonal Tri-Fold card.

It is really simple to make and fitted the Christmas Quilt Square perfectly on the top of the card base.
I didn't want to put the sentiment on the front of the card as it took away from the gorgeous quilt pattern.

  • Stamps: Sentiment from Star of Light Stampset
  • Ink:  Memento Black
  • Card: Real Red, Garden Green, Basic Black, Whisper White and Quilted Christmas DSP stack
  • Tools: Quilt Builder Framelits with the Bigshot and Scorepal
  • Embellishments: Dimensionals, Real Red Enamel Dot and Tinsel Trim
