This is the current Challenge

I saw the challenge for Sunday and thought I do have to wait to do what I wanted to do......

I cased the card above in the bottom right hand corner and turned it into the kiddies first day of school scrapping page :-)

I went down to get the pictures developed straight after school drop off and realized that I had developed the wrong sizes but oh well I worked with what I had.

These challenges are so open to the imagination!

Yes well there is alot of green for me so this again is a challenge!!

This is my creation... I was a bit slack this week as I couldn't get that creative.. Although I have decided on and started my swaps for Onstage in April so that has to be good right??

The flowers and leaves were stamped onto the watercolour paper and I used an aqua painter to move the colour around so it looked like it was watercoloured.

I made this at a crop night last night and the lady sitting next to me absolutely loved it... I wasn't very sure but I think its ok considering it has colours I normally wouldn't use alot.

This is my 3rd card for the Caseing the Catty Challenge

I really love this suite and it is so vintage... Vintage is so not my style so it is a challenge for me and I like it!

On page 11 here is the card I cased but I used the cupcakes and carousel paper and stampset and flipped the banner around.

Global Design Project #GDP070

I haven't done a Global Design Project Challenge for a while so I thought I would jump on in this week.

I saw the sketch and I thought hmmmm I have an idea - Faux Paper Dipping

I like this maybe I might have to do a few more as it was a pretty cool technique.

Colour INKspiration Challenge #01

This is my creation... I was away this week and I had it in my mind so I had to get straight into the craft room to see if it would work.... I thought its not really a challenge unless you try to use ALL the colours.. so I did.

I love this! It is actually the first time that I have inked up my beautiful you stampset..
It definitely won't be the last.

I stamped the background with all the colours using the smaller paint swish from the set.
The lady was stamped off in So Saffron then stamped on the watercolour paper so it was very light. I then used an aqua painter to colour her in with all the colours. Isn't she so soft and subtle?

Here is my card which I cased from the box that is on page 7. 

I turned it into a card and used the Party Animals stampset.

I was pretty happy with how it turned out and it went straight in to the mail to a very special person who hasn't been all that well and it was her birthday today.
