I have purchased lots of goodies that I haven't yet had a chance to play with as life in general for the Wilson family has been very hectic.
Both children have just finished another season of WABL and have improved so much. I am so proud of them both. I played both netball and basketball throughout winter and I really don't think that we had one afternoon free to do anything!
My poor class ladies have been neglected and I am so sorry.
Anyway I cracked out some stencils that I just love and made this card.

This is such a pretty card in real life and I have an idea who will be receiving it.

What will you create with these gorgeous colours?
I can't wait to see what you come up with!
Remember to upload your cards to our facebook group here!

I found this pic while looking around for challenge colours on the internet and fell in love with the colours. I have been struggling with balancing creating and my really busy life with my family and I am feeling really flat about it. I had to create a card for my beautiful mother in law for her birthday and using the challenge colours was perfect for this card.

Here is what I came up with.
I haven't purchased much from the new catalogue as yet so I used a stampset that I thought would be a perfect match with these stunning colours.

What will you create with them?
I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Photo Inspiration

A couple of months ago I saw a picture of a gorgeous dress that the pattern and colours stuck out to me. I really was inspired to re-create this into a card.

Here is the picture of the dress

And the screenshot I took when I first saw it...

I have been following this lady for quite a while and she posts the most beautiful dresses on her instagram. She also puts little snippets of her life on the page so her followers can see a little into what she does with her family. One particular week wasn't going that great for her so I decided because she was the reason I made the card I would gift it to her to give her a little pick me up!

Such a pretty card and pretty colours!

  • Stamps: Two Tone Flora
  • Ink:  Tahitian Tide, Starry Sky ad Granny Apple Green
  • Card: Basic White and Starry Sky
  • Tools: Two Tone Flora & Stylish Shapes Dies with a Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine and Daffodil Delight Stampin write marker.
  • Embellishments: - Flat adhesive backed pearls and Stampin' Dimensionals.

ESAD - Saleabration Ending Soon Blog Hop

Welcome to yet another wonderful ESAD blog hop!
I am so lucky to be in this group of talented demonstrators (friends) and I hope that you enjoy all our projects using products only available for another week from Saleabration 2023.

You have either started with myself or come from Lou

My most favourite thing in the Saleabration Catalogue is favored flowers DSP.
I think it's the rich colours in it that draws me to this paper.

I recently was leant some Perth Wildcats tickets while friends of ours were away and I made this card for them to thank them. It always is an amazing atmosphere at the game and we were very grateful for the loan. The bonus was we ended up going to two games!!

And they won both games!

Anyway, onto card number two made in a very similar way to the first card using the stitched greenery die as the base of the card.
I really love fussy cutting images out of the designer series paper, I find it therapeutic.
This card was made for a very, very special friend of mine who had a big birthday earlier in February.

A lifetime ago I worked in a holiday resort in Busselton called Mandalay. It was the best time and I got to know so many regular customers who came each year to stay. The owners of the resort are like family to me and so are many of the customers.
I was so, so lucky to be invited to a 70th high tea yesterday to celebrate one of them.
Lastly, here is the card that I made for her with the same papers, and background but just in another colour. I am so loving this paper!
Unfortunately the number die that I have used on this particular card has retired but it will never be leaving my stash!

  • Stamps: Beautifully Happy
  • Ink:  Blackberry Bliss
  • Card: Basic White, Blackberry Bliss & Fresh Freesia
  • Tools: Alphabet A La Mode Dies & Stitched Greenery Die with a Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.
  • Embellishments: - Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Iridescent Pastel Gems and Stampin' Dimensionals

Next up is my Stampin' bestie who the middle card above was for, Denise
