Colour INKspiration 49 #CI49

What is Colour INKspiraton? – a Facebook based bi-monthly colour challenge.
Anyone with Facebook can join in.  You don’t need a blog and you don’t need to be a demonstrator.
I have joined in these challenges and love them as Colour challenges for me are actually a real challenge.
Click here to join the Facebook page which now has over 1900 members and see what it’s all about.

Here’s some of the basic details about the challenge –
The Colour INKspiration Crew! consists of a team of talented Aussie and NZ Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators that create projects based on Pinterest inspired colour swatches.
Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm (AEDT), a new colour swatch will be uploaded to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group and the Colour INKspiration Crew will get the ball rolling by providing inspiration for each challenge with a blog hop.
Then you have a 12 day period to upload your own creations using the colours provided.
If you have a blog, feel free to link back to it, but all entries will be via Facebook.  The design team will select 5 projects to be ‘design team picks’ and then the Facebook group will select an overall winner from this shortlist.

Welcome to 2019 for our first challenge from Jan's page.
(And a massive warm welcome to Jan, Cathy, Erin and Leonie to the team! I am so excited that you talented ladies have joined us and I can not wait to see your amazing creations)

This is my colour picture pick yet again this fortnight!

I received a new box of goodies to play with and I couldn't resist them.
Here is a sneak peak of a few items coming soon.....

The new rectangular framelits have most definitely become a favourite in my craft room and I am pretty sure the new embossing folder will be as well!

  • Stamps: Painted Seasons and sentiment from Itty Bitty Birthdays
  • Ink: Coastal Cabana, Highland Heather, Melon Mambo, Pineapple Punch and Versamark
  • Card: Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Pineapple Punch, Highland Heather, Coastal Cabana and Basic Black
  • Tools: Rectangle Stitched & Four Seasons Framelits as well as Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Folder with the bigshot and white embossing powder with the heat tool.
  • Embellishments: Dimensionals and Butterfly wood Elements.

Check out Bronwyn's amazing card!

  1. OH that's lovely Nicole. You sure have mixed lots of new goodies in one project. I love the new embossing folder, but now I want to play with the flowers having seen yours. Beautiful

  2. Love the almost lithographic quality of the images in Painted Seasons and that's a very cool way to have used the stitched rectangles. So bright and cheerful!

  3. Amazing flowers and gorgeous framework. Stunning card. Love those flowers.

  4. Love all those frames in different colours Nicole, and the flowers really set them off.

  5. Oh so lovely!! Those flowers look amazing.
